Training Delivery Options:
- Instructor-led – There is no substitute in many cases for instructor lead training to bridge the gap from what students have learn from a book or a video.
- Demonstration – Some more advanced concepts are best done not by explanation (talking) but by demonstration (showing).
- Presentation – Sometimes is good to let the students present what they have learned to ensure that they are on the right track of the material they are learning.
- Collaborative learning – sometimes it is best to question students on what they have just learned to see if they are grasping the concepts that are being presented.
- Hands-on – Some students are kinetic learning, they learn best by doing or working with their hands.
- Webinar – is great for students that can attend the class for whatever reason (e.g., home-bound or live out of town)
- E-Learning – computer-based training (CBT) or web-based training (WBT) allows students to learn at their own pace and in their own time.
- Blended Learning – is the best of all worlds. Using two of more of the above training delivery options will help to reinforce concepts and make them easier to retain.
