Don't under estimate the pontential of social media and listen to the feedback that you get from others without being offended. For example, if someone says, "I don't like this app because it does not have this feature." than consider how you can implement this feature if it is within the scope of your app. You don't have to implement everything, but if there is somethings that comes up repeatily from users this may be a great candidate for implementation.
