While not required, it is helpful to create a dedicated user account for your PC so that you can customized it for the training video without messing with your current day-to-day settings. An added advantage of setting up a dedicated user account is that you basically will have most of the settings set the next time you use this account.
Set up a dedicated new user Windows account for recording:
In the Search field at the bottom, type Accounts and select Add, Edit or Remove A Other Users Account from the list.
In the dialog box that appears, click Add someone else to this PC.
In the dialog box that appears, click Add someone else to this PC.
In the dialog box that appears, click I don’t have this person sign-in information.
In the dialog box that appears, click Add a user without a Microsoft account.
In the dialog box that appears, in the Who’s going to use this PC? Text field, enter: Recording Account or something similar.
Add a password if you want and then click Next button.
From the Windows icon, navigate to the newly created account and select it.
